Graphic design
At Outsource Graphix we believe that all our work is based on a professional understanding of Graphic Design. From typography to composition and layout, a design must have a purpose and provide clear information in a visual way. Design is a process rather than a magic box. We strive to create visuals that lead the viewers eye to your key selling message. Web or traditional material it makes no difference.
Corporate identity
Branding and corporate identity is an important part of any companies marketing and sales efforts. Companies are expected to look the part as well as do the work. We understand that the company identity must portray the companies business and style as well as look good. We can design a company or product logo, or if required, design a full corporate identity from logo, stationery, signage, vehicle graphics, documentation and back them up with corporate design manuals and styleguides.
Print management
We deliver higher quality printed marketing material, stationery, brochures, newsletters, annual reports etc in short lead times at very competitive rates. With some of our larger clients who require many different printed matter we offer an online ordering system. Due to the fact that we supply printing services to so many companies it makes it easier for us to source the best printer for each job at the most economical cost.
Corporate communications
We work with our sister company Extensive PR to provide a total communications package. The company is a sleeves-up, get stuck in company that understands how to communicate ideas, services, products and messages. Servicing all disciplines within the PR mix, our expertise delivers results across both business to business and consumer PR. Working with Extensive PR we make life easy for the client whilst delivering on objectives agreed. The experience is drawn from the world of journalism, sponsorship management, event management and in-house industry communications. As partner companies we can seamlessly develop communication tools hand in hand with our PR partner.
Direct mail
Direct mail can generate hundreds or even thousands of sales through creative mass mailings or more targeted mailings to potential and existing customers or to a database of addresses. We have designed and implemented direct mail campaigns for a number of companies in the financial markets, directory business, car manufacturers, telecom and IT companies as well as a large number of SME companies. It could be a simple leaflet with a simple message or it could be a complex campaign with a number of pieces. Sometimes it is necessary to hit a target with more than one message, in more than one way.
Trade show displays
Laminated Prints : Easy to roll up and transport, these conveinient displays are applied to the material on the face of a booth with Velcro.
Mounted Prints : Board mounted prints look smarter, and are perfectly flat but are harder to transport.
Vinyl Banners : Banners are easy to transport and install in your booth, and can often allow you to do your show without the expense of buying a display booth.
Large Format Printing : We design and print large format printing for store displays, photo enlargements, full size people cut-outs (we can organize the photography for this) Trade Show Graphics, Training Flipcharts, Pop-Up Stands, Window Display, Vinyl Banners, Shop Signs etc.
Point of display
Point of display must have impact and must always be eye-catching. We can work with you to decide on the best way to promote your product at point of display. This could be from print literature, large format printing, product housing (promotional box), supersized products etc.
Signage and vehicle graphics
From Shop Signs, Company signs to road direction signs we can design, manufacture and erect them. When we design a sign we digitally insert it on your existing building so you see what it will really look like. This cuts out any possibility of not meeting our clients expectations.
Strategic planning
No point throwing a good idea in the wrong direction. We quite regularly come across a company who have a product and a client base but just don't know what to do next. We provide a consultancy service which will not write your business plan but will provide you with a promotional plan to get your message out there. After initial investigation relating to your company, how it works, who you service or sell to, your market, your competitors etc., we will present you with our findings but more importantly we will present you with your options for moving forward.
